Title XIX MOTOR VEHICLES, WATERCRAFT AND AVIATION Chapter 305 • Effective - 01 Jan 2017, see footnote 305.126. Positive test results, test refusals and convictions of violations to be reported to the Federal Aviation Administration. — Whenever a person operating an aircraft or acting as a flight crew member of any aircraft has a positive chemical test under chapter 577 or refuses a chemical test under section 577.041, the test result and refusal shall be reported by law enforcement agencies to the Federal Aviation Administration.
