Title XIX MOTOR VEHICLES, WATERCRAFT AND AVIATION Chapter 305 Effective - 28 Aug 2012 305.295. Establishment of an airport authority by an eligible entity, jurisdiction. — Whenever the fiscal body of one or more eligible entities, acting individually or jointly, adopts an ordinance or a resolution in favor of the establishment of an airport authority under this chapter*, there is established an airport authority. The authority has jurisdiction over a district with boundaries conterminous with the jurisdictional boundaries of the entity or entities adopting the ordinance or resolution.
