Title XIX MOTOR VEHICLES, WATERCRAFT AND AVIATION Chapter 305 • Effective - 28 Aug 1990 305.600. Displacing agencies defined — compliance with federal regulations. — 1. Sections 305.600 to 305.630 may be cited as the 'Airport Relocation Assistance Act'. 2. Except as otherwise provided in sections 305.600 to 305.630, displacing agencies shall comply with federal regulations promulgated by the department of transportation under the Federal Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended. 3. 'Displacing agencies' as used in sections 305.600 to 305.630 shall mean those state, local and private entities which are using the power of eminent domain to relocate persons from residential, business, farm or other property for the construction or expansion of airports located within a first class charter county and operated by a city not within a county. -------- (L. 1990 H.B. 1510 § 1) Effective 6-14-90
