Title XIX MOTOR VEHICLES, WATERCRAFT AND AVIATION Chapter 305 • Effective - 28 Aug 1990 305.627. Clearing, seeding, and mowing of acquired property. — 1. A displacing agency shall clear every piece of residential property which it acquires for relocation as soon as possible and not later than ninety days following physical possession and the notification from the utility companies of services disconnection. 2.
