Title XL ADDITIONAL EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS Chapter 620 • Effective - 28 Aug 1996 620.1240. Administration by director, rulemaking authority. — The director of the department of economic development shall administer sections 620.1210 to 620.1240. The director may issue such orders and promulgate such administrative rules that, in the opinion of the director, are necessary to execute and enforce the purposes of sections 620.1210 to 620.1240. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated pursuant to the authority of sections 620.1210 to 620.1240 shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisions of chapter 536. -------- (L. 1996 H.B. 1237 § 6)
