Protest to administrative hearing commission pursuant to franchise agreement — filing fee required, when. — Any person authorized to protest any action taken by a motor vehicle, motorcycle or all-terrain vehicle manufacturer, distributor or representative pursuant to a franchise agreement may file a protest with the administrative hearing commission as provided in chapter 407.
