Title XL ADDITIONAL EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS Chapter 622 Effective - 28 Aug 1996 622.160. Arbitration by division. — Whenever any carrier has a controversy with another carrier or person and all the parties to such controversy agree in writing to submit such controversy to the division as arbitrator, the division shall act as such arbitrator, and after due notice to all parties interested shall proceed to hear such controversy, and their award shall be final.
