Title XL ADDITIONAL EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS Chapter 622 Effective - 28 Aug 1996 622.310. Division documents, public records, when — hearings on pending legislation, when. — 1. All formal proceedings of the division and all documents and records filed in the official records of those proceedings shall be public records. 2. The division shall conduct a hearing and take testimony relative to any pending legislation with respect to any person, corporation or matter within the jurisdiction of the division, if requested to do so by the general assembly or by either house thereof or by the governor, and shall report its conclusions to the general assembly, or to the governor if the request was made by the governor. The division may also recommend the enactment of such legislation with respect to any matter within its jurisdiction as it deems wise or necessary in the public interest. -------- (L. 1996 S.B. 780)
