Title XL ADDITIONAL EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS Chapter 630 Effective - 28 Aug 1980 630.065. Planning activities by department. — The department shall initiate and direct the development of long-range programs and plans with respect to residential facilities, day programs and specialized services operated, funded or licensed by the department for persons affected by mental disorders, developmental disabilities and alcohol or drug abuse. The department, insofar as practicable, shall coordinate its long-range programs and plans with the program and plan requirements and procedures of relevant federal and state planning and funding agencies. The department shall supervise a comprehensive utilization quality-assurance and cost-benefit monitoring and auditing program to deal with the facilities, programs and services operated, funded or licensed by the department. -------- (L. 1980 H.B. 1724)
