Title XL ADDITIONAL EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS Chapter 630 Effective - 28 Aug 1980 630.310. Receipt of funds of patient, procedure. — A department residential facility may accept funds which a parent, guardian or other person wishes to provide for the use or benefit of a patient or resident of the facility.
