Department may establish outpatient clinics — cooperation with others. — The department may establish clinics for the evaluation, care, treatment or rehabilitation, on an outpatient basis, of persons affected by mental disorders or mental illness. The department shall cooperate with political subdivisions, schools and other organizations in the geographic area where it locates its clinic to establish and further programs of education and training for the prevention of mental disorders and mental illness. -------- (L. 1980 H.B. 1724)
