Title XL ADDITIONAL EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS Chapter 640 • Effective - 28 Aug 1995 640.678. Administration of fund. — After three years from August 28, 1997, and every year thereafter, the department shall calculate the average unobligated balance of general revenue moneys in the fund. The department shall annually notify the state treasurer as to the amount of the average unobligated balance of general revenue moneys. The state treasurer shall transfer from the fund to the general revenue fund of the state an amount equal to the average unobligated balance of general revenue moneys less ten thousand dollars. -------- (L. 1995 H.B. 414)
