Title XL ADDITIONAL EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS Chapter 644 • Effective - 29 Mar 1972, see footnote 644.530. Water pollution control bond and interest fund created, how used. — There is hereby created in and for the state treasury for the state of Missouri a fund to be known and designated as 'The Water Pollution Control Bond and Interest Fund'. Upon the issuance of the bonds or any portion thereof, the state board of fund commissioners shall notify the commissioner of administration of the amount of money required, in the remaining portion of the fiscal year during which the bonds have been issued, for the payment of interest on the bonds, and of the amount of money required for the payment of interest on the bonds in the next succeeding fiscal year, and to pay the bonds as they mature. Thereafter, within thirty days after the beginning of each fiscal year, the state board of fund commissioners shall notify the commissioner of administration of the amount of money required for the payment of interest on the bonds in the next succeeding fiscal year and to pay the bonds maturing in such next succeeding fiscal year.
