Title XL ADDITIONAL EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS Chapter 650 • Effective - 28 Aug 2002 650.390. Definitions. — As used in sections 650.390 to 650.411, the following words and terms mean: (1) 'Board of commissioners', a board appointed by the chief executive officer of the governing body within a service area for the purpose of administering a county emergency communications system.
