Title XL ADDITIONAL EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS Chapter 660 • Effective - 28 Aug 1979 660.150. Plan to be established. — The department of social services is directed to devise and formulate a program of emergency financial assistance to needy families with children under twenty-one years of age which will qualify the state of Missouri for federal funds pursuant to Sections 603 and 606 of Title 42, United States Code, and such portions of the code of federal regulations as may apply to said sections. Upon receiving approval of the state plan from the United States Department of Health, Education and Welfare, the department shall implement the plan. -------- (L. 1979 H.B. 545, et al. § 9)
