Provisions of this chapter applicable to old channels or sloughs. — Where lateral ditches constructed by a district organized under this chapter have outlets in an old channel or slough, all the provisions of this chapter shall apply to and govern these channels or sloughs the same as though they had in fact been constructed by the district from the outlet of the lateral ditch to the outlet of the old channel or slough. -------- (RSMo 1939 § 12429) Prior revisions: 1929 § 10839; 1919 § 4507
