Title XV LANDS, LEVEES, DRAINAGE, SEWERS AND PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY Chapter 243 • Effective - 28 Aug 1983 243.420. Fees for services. — 1. The fees allowed by county commissions for services actually rendered drainage districts organized under the provisions of this chapter shall be determined by the county commission. 2. The county commission shall have power to contract for any of the aforesaid services.
