Title XV LANDS, LEVEES, DRAINAGE, SEWERS AND PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY Chapter 245 • Effective - 28 Aug 1939 245.345. Board to organize. — The directors appointed under the provisions of sections 245.285 to 245.545, shall call a meeting of their body at such time and place as may be designated by the directors of the county in which the larger part of the levee district may lie. Said body shall be known and designated as the 'board of directors of levee district No. _________ , lying in the counties of _________ '.
