Title XV LANDS, LEVEES, DRAINAGE, SEWERS AND PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY Chapter 247 • Effective - 28 Aug 1949 247.300. Exclusive jurisdiction of court — property-owning judge not disqualified. — The circuit court shall thereafter for all purposes of sections 247.230 to 247.670, except as herein otherwise provided, maintain and have original and exclusive jurisdiction over all matters connected with or affected by said district. No judge of the circuit court wherein such petition is filed shall be disqualified to perform any duty imposed by said sections by reason of ownership of property within the proposed district. -------- (L. 1949 p. 350 § 8)
