Title XVI CONSERVATION, RESOURCES AND DEVELOPMENT Chapter 251 • Effective - 28 Aug 1967 251.080. Director may delegate his duties, structure department, appoint committees. — The director may: (1) Delegate any of his functions, powers and duties to employees of the department; (2) Structure the department as may be required in order to carry out the purposes of sections 251.010 to 251.440 and any other duties as are assigned to the department; (3) Appoint such advisory committees as may be required by various federal programs in order to carry out the purposes of sections 251.010 to 251.440. -------- (L. 1967 p. 357 § 8) CROSS REFERENCE: Transfer of duties, 226.007, 660.010
