Title XVI CONSERVATION, RESOURCES AND DEVELOPMENT Chapter 257 Effective - 28 Aug 1959 257.270. Board to employ guards to enforce regulations, powers. — The board of trustees may appoint and maintain from time to time such lifeguards or other guards as it may find necessary to patrol the waters and protect the property of the district and enforce regulations of the board.
