Title XVI CONSERVATION, RESOURCES AND DEVELOPMENT Chapter 259 Effective - 28 Aug 1965 259.160. Rehearing. — Any person adversely affected by any order of the council may within thirty days after its effective date apply to the council in writing for a rehearing.
