Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS Chapter 261 Effective - 28 Aug 1979 261.095. Foreign market development — director's duties and powers. — 1. The director of the Missouri department of agriculture shall have the primary responsibility for foreign market development for agricultural products. 2. Within the limit of funds specifically appropriated for that purpose, the director is authorized to establish and maintain offices in foreign countries for the purpose of promoting international markets for Missouri agricultural products. Such offices operated by the department of agriculture may be disestablished by the director as he deems appropriate. 3.
