State fair, definitions. — Unless the language or context clearly indicates a different meaning is intended, as used in sections 262.215 to 262.280, the following terms mean: (1) 'Commission', the state fair commission established by sections 262.215 to 262.280; (2) 'Commissioner', a member of the state fair commission; (3) 'Director', before January 1, 1996, the director of the department of agriculture; after January 1, 1996, the director of the Missouri state fair appointed by the state fair commission. -------- (L. 1994 S.B. 692)
