Distribution of pari-mutuel wagering pool if state agency is the licensee. — Those portions of a pari-mutuel wagering pool which are allocated by law or rule of the commission for purse money or for distribution to holders of winning tickets shall not represent revenue collected and moneys received by the state if the organization licensed to conduct pari-mutuel wagering under section 313.580 is a state agency. Such state agency licensee may pay purse money or holders of winning tickets in any manner consistent with rules promulgated by the commission. -------- (L. 1986 S.B. 572) Effective 5-06-86
