Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS Chapter 263 • Effective - 28 Aug 1995 263.525. Certification of organization — purpose — revocation, when. — 1. Upon determination by the department that the organization meets the requirements of section 263.523, the department shall certify the organization as the official cotton growers' organization. 2. Such certification shall be for the purposes of sections 263.500 to 263.537 only, and shall not affect other organizations or associations of cotton growers established for other purposes. 3. The department shall certify only one such organization and may revoke the certification of the organization if at any time the organization shall fail to meet the requirements of sections 263.500 to 263.537. -------- (L. 1995 S.B. 66 § 11)
