Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS Chapter 265 • Effective - 28 Aug 1967 265.400. Labels must be approved — appeal from director's determination. — 1. The use of any label upon or accompanying any livestock, poultry, meat or meat products inspected under sections 265.300 to 265.470 shall be approved by the director before being used, and if the director finds that any label is false or misleading, he may prohibit the use of the label unless modified. 2. Any person aggrieved by the director's determination may appeal within thirty days after receipt of notice, as provided by chapter 536. ­­-------- (L. 1967 p. 371 § 10)
