Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS Chapter 266 • Effective - 28 Aug 1979 266.105. Injunctive relief — bond required. — When in the performance of his duties the director of agriculture applies to any court for a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violation or continuing to violate any of the provisions of this law or any rules and regulations under this law, the court may cause a temporary restraining order or a temporary or permanent injunction to issue. The provisions of chapter 526 to the contrary notwithstanding, the state, when acting as party plaintiff in an action for a temporary restraining order or temporary or permanent injunction under this section, shall execute a bond to the other party, in such sum as the court deems sufficient to secure the amount or other matter to be restrained or enjoined, and all changes that may be occasioned by the restraining order or injunction to the parties restrained or enjoined, or to any party interested in the subject matter of the controversy, conditioned that the state will abide the decision in the controversy, and pay all sums of money, damages and costs that shall be adjudged against the state if the
