Failure of reinspections after original violation, penalty, amount — payment of penalty required before license renewal. — Persons and facilities which subsequently fail two consecutive reinspections for an original violation shall be charged a fee of one hundred dollars, which shall be paid before subsequent inspection and renewal of such person's or facility's license. -------- (L. 1992 S.B. 636 § 2 subsec. 7)
