Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS Chapter 276 • Effective - 28 Aug 1939 276.060. Attorney general to bring suit in cases of violation. — It is hereby made the duty of the attorney general of the state of Missouri, upon being informed that any of the provisions of sections 276.010 to 276.080 have been violated, to bring suit in the proper court against any person, firm or corporation so violating sections 276.010 to 276.080, to procure the injunction provided for in section 276.070, and, upon proof that the defendant in said suit has violated any provision of sections 276.010 to 276.080, the court shall issue its permanent injunction against said defendant, in accordance with section 276.070. ­­-------- (RSMo 1939 § 14389) Prior revision: 1929 § 12731
