Director may contract with other states regarding uniform procedures. — The director is authorized and empowered to enter into contracts and agreements necessary to cooperate with any other state to make uniform the procedures followed in bonding, licensing and examining state licensed grain dealers and to make available to those states with whom Missouri has entered into such contracts and agreements the information acquired under such bonding, licensing and examining procedures. -------- (L. 1980 H.B. 1627 § 33)
