Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS Chapter 277 Effective - 28 Aug 1957 277.140. Penalties. — Any person, or any officer, agent, representative or employee of such person, who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and in addition thereto his or their license is subject to suspension or revocation by the state veterinarian. -------- (L. 1943 p. 310 § 14, A.L. 1957 p. 20)
