Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS Chapter 277 Effective - 28 Aug 1995 277.160. Rulemaking authority of state veterinarian, procedure. — The state veterinarian is hereby authorized to promulgate rules and regulations to aid in the administration and enforcement of this chapter.
