Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS Chapter 277 • Effective - 01 Jan 2017, 2 histories, see footnote 277.180. Bribes to violate the livestock marketing law — class E felony. — 1. Any person who offers a bribe to any livestock market or sale operator or market veterinarian for the purpose of inducing such operator or veterinarian to violate the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class E felony. 2.
