Title XVIII LABOR AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS Chapter 286 Effective - 28 Aug 2011 286.001. Definitions. — As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly states otherwise, the following terms mean: (1) 'Commission', the labor and industrial relations commission; (2) 'Department', the department of labor and industrial relations; (3) 'Director', the director of the department of labor and industrial relations; (4) 'Division', the divisions of employment security, labor standards and workers' compensation; and (5) 'Division heads', the division directors for each of the divisions. -------- (L. 1995 H.B. 300 & 95, A.L. 2011 H.B. 464)
