Title XVIII LABOR AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS Chapter 288 • Effective - 28 Aug 1991 288.222. Resume retrieval program, division may administer, charge fees — general assembly may appropriate funds for program. — The division of employment security of the department of labor and industrial relations may continue administering the resume retrieval program, formerly funded by federal grants, to the same extent as such program has been provided prior to August 28, 1991. The division of employment security may charge fees in connection with services provided by the resume retrieval program sufficient to cover costs of administration of the program.
