Immunity from liability for official actions by members of commission and local emergency planning committee, exceptions. — Members of the Missouri emergency response commission and members of local emergency planning committees appointed by the commission shall not be liable for damages incurred as a result of actions taken by them when acting in their capacities pursuant to sections 292.600 to 292.625, or the federal act.
