Title XVIII LABOR AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS Chapter 292 Effective - 28 Aug 1995 292.630. Portable toilets required at certain construction projects. — 1. At all construction projects at which twenty people or more are engaged in the performance of work, the primary employer or contractor at such project shall provide at least one portable toilet for each twenty people; except that, the provisions of this section shall not apply to any railroad company. 2. The provisions of this section shall be enforced by the department of labor and industrial relations through the division of labor standards. Upon a finding by a court of competent jurisdiction that a primary employer or contractor has willfully violated or omitted to comply with the requirements of this section, such person or persons shall be subject to penalty as provided by section 290.340. -------- (L. 1995 S.B. 96 § 2)
