Violations of law as to explosive storage, penalty. — Any person, partnership or corporation, or the agent of any such person, partnership or corporation, who shall violate any of the provisions of sections 293.270 to 293.300, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than five hundred dollars and not less than one hundred dollars. -------- (L. 1959 S.B. 188 § 34)
