Title XVIII LABOR AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS Chapter 295 Effective - 28 Aug 1947 295.170. Proceedings not to supersede voluntary arbitration. — Compulsory arbitration, as provided in this chapter, shall not be effective in disputes where voluntary arbitration is a part of the contract between the disputing parties. In the event that through the voluntary arbitration disputing parties cannot agree, the state board of mediation shall then enforce the compulsory arbitration as provided. -------- (L. 1947 V.
