Title XX ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES Chapter 311 Effective - 28 Aug 2009 311.192. Wine manufacturer defined. — The term 'wine manufacturer' as used in this chapter shall mean any person, partnership, association of persons, or corporation who has procured a license under subdivision (2) of subsection 1 of section 311.180 or section 311.190, and who manufactures in excess of two hundred gallons of wine per calendar year. -------- (L. 2009 H.B. 132)
