Inspection of beer — exported out of state. — All beer as defined in this chapter, or other intoxicating malt liquors manufactured in the state and exported outside of the state for sale, shall be inspected as other liquors designated in this chapter, but said inspection shall be free of cost to the manufacturer. -------- (RSMo 1939 § 4927)
