Title XX ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES Chapter 311 • Effective - 28 Aug 1939 311.880. Violation a misdemeanor — penalty. — Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, except where some penalty is otherwise provided, shall upon conviction thereof be adjudged guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars, nor more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding one year, or by both such fine and jail sentence. -------- (RSMo 1939 § 4933)
