Veterans' hospitals, exempt from frequency provisions — net receipts to be given to hospital. — Veterans' organizations may conduct the game of bingo on a daily basis, for patients only, in federally designated veterans' hospitals. Such bingo games shall be exempt from the frequency provisions of subdivision* (7) of section 313.040.
