Commission authorized to promulgate rules allowing problem gambler to self-exclude — violation of self-exclusion, penalty. — The commission may promulgate rules allowing a person that is a problem gambler to voluntarily exclude him/herself from an excursion gambling boat. Any person that has been self-excluded is guilty of trespassing in the first degree pursuant to section 569.140 if such person enters an excursion gambling boat. -------- (L. 2000 S.B. 902 § 313.833)
