Title XXI PUBLIC SAFETY AND MORALS Chapter 313 • Effective - 29 Apr 1993, see footnote 313.850. Severability clause. — The provisions of sections 313.800 to 313.850 are severable. If any provision of sections 313.800 to 313.850 is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional, the remaining provisions are valid except to the extent that the court finds that the valid provisions, standing alone, are incomplete and are incapable of being executed in accordance with the legislative intent. The provisions of this section shall be operative notwithstanding the provisions of section 1.140 to the contrary. ­­-------- (L. 1993 S.B. 10 & 11 § 23) Effective 4-29-93
