Title XXI PUBLIC SAFETY AND MORALS Chapter 321 • Effective - 28 Aug 1969 321.450. Cases arising under this chapter to be advanced on docket — courts always open. — All cases in which there may arise a question of the validity of the organization of a district, or a question of the validity of any proceeding under the provisions of this chapter, shall be advanced on the docket as a matter of immediate public interest and concern, and heard at the earliest practicable moment.
