Title XXI PUBLIC SAFETY AND MORALS Chapter 322 • Effective - 28 Aug 1943 322.130. Penalty for violation. — Any person who shall violate any of the regulations adopted under the provisions of sections 322.090 to 322.130 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars nor more than five hundred dollars. -------- (L. 1943 p. 327 § 5)
