Title XXII OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS Chapter 324 • Effective - 28 Aug 2011, 2 histories 324.1122. Continuing education requirements. — A licensee shall successfully complete sixteen hours of continuing education units biennially. An individual not licensed as a private investigator or private fire investigator who is hired as an employee by a private investigator agency or private fire investigator agency shall successfully complete eight hours of continuing education units biennially.
