Title XXII OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS Chapter 327 • Effective - 28 Aug 2014, 2 histories 327.051. Meetings, when — personnel, employment — compensation of board members. — 1. The board shall meet at least twice a year at such times and places as are fixed by the board. 2. The board may appoint and employ legal counsel and such board personnel, as defined in subdivision (4) of subsection 11 of section 324.001, as it deems necessary within the appropriation therefor. 3. The board shall keep records of its official acts and decisions and certified copies of any such records attested by the executive director with the board's seal affixed shall be received as evidence in all courts to the same extent as the board's original records would be received. 4.
